The Group Leader portal will let you create your group event and track the “Consent and Waiver of Liability” forms submitted by your group.
First time here? Create your user account.
- After you create your user account you will be redirected to create a group event.
- Once your group event has been created it will be held for review.
- After the group event has been approved you will receive an email with a link to your event. You can share this with your group or have them click on the “Consent and Waiver of Liability” under the Resources tab.
- You can check who has filled out the Consent and Waiver of Liability by logging into your account and viewing the submitted forms.
